Create a Shopify Flow workflow to grant points when the customer tag is applied.
Shopify Flow
A points / loyalty app that supports Shopify Flow actions
Create a segment that includes customers with the specific tag added by User Tag Plus
In Shopify Flow, set up the following:
Trigger
Customer joined segmentSelect the segment created in Step 1
Action ①: Grant Points
Use your loyalty app’s Flow action (e.g. Add points) to assign points to the customer
Action ②: Remove Customer Tag (Optional but Recommended)
Remove the customer tag added by User Tag Plus
If the tag is not removed, the same reward cannot be granted again.
