Yes, this is technically possible. However, this behavior is not provided as a built-in app feature.
This is because the login and redirect behavior varies depending on the Shopify theme being used.
For this reason, User Tag Plus does not control the redirect destination after login by default.
To achieve this behavior, custom implementation on the Shopify theme side is required.
